Feb 15, 2019 · Residential Care Facilities (RCF) and Adult Residential Care Facilities (ARF) Provider Enrollment Assisted Living Waiver Program RCFs and ARFs are responsible for providing Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) services to participants, allowing them to maintain independence and continue to receive nursing level of care as needed.

The 30 member facilities of the American Residential Treatment Association are dedicated to providing extraordinary care to adults with mental illness. Adult Care Facilities (ACF) provide long-term, non-medical residential services to adults who are substantially unable to live independently due to physical, mental, or other limitations associated with age or other factors. Residents must not require the continual medical or nursing services.
